The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ranitalab P. S. Case No. 41 of 2015 registered under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the material available on record to show that the deceased was being subjected to cruelty in her marital home for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and her death took place in other than natural circumstance as also the fact that the post-mortem report reveals that the deceased had

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12030 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 sustained ante-mortem burn injury, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is rejected.
