Removal of the petitioner is on the ground that he was a holder of an invalid degree, issued by Deoghar Vidyapeeth. The status of the institution and the degrees have already been decided by this Court and upheld by Division Bench as well as Apex Court.

In view of the same, the reasons for removal are valid grounds. Petitioner cannot beget benefit of

Patna High Court CWJC No.23664 of 2013 dt.23-01-2015 2/2 reinstatement on the post.

Writ application is dismissed.
