In compliance of the direction of the writ court, the opposite parties have passed order on 31.7.2015 which has been placed on record by way of Annexure-A to the show cause. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further, however, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of the order dated 31.7.2011 in appropriate proceeding.
