Vide order dated 11.07.2019, the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner bears criminal antecedent which is evident from paragraph 3 of the application but inadvertently in the fourth paragraph of the order dated 11.07.2019, it has been mentioned that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. From perusal of the record, it appears that the counsel for the petitioner is correct in his submission. Let the fourth paragraph of the order dated 11.07.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43026 of 2019(3) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 be read as to the effect that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

The order dated 11.07.2019 is modified/clarified to that extent only.
