The petitioner seeks bail in connection with B.P. No. 762 of 2023 arising out of Isuapur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and other accused persons were caught planning loot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent of similar nature and he is in custody since 17.04.2023.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
