1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the defects, as pointed out by the office, stand removed, as such, the defects are hereby ignored.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, after agruing vehemently for some time realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the prayer for anticipatory bail with respect to petitioner no. 2, namely, Ravindra Yadav.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail with respect to petitioner no. 2 is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 223, 336(3), 338, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have antecedent of one case. It is further submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that specific allegation of assaulting the injured is against Angad Yadav and Ravindra Yadav and as far as petitioners are concerned, the allegation against them is general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that Chandeshwari Sada @ Kurel Sada along with four others had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 38106 of 2025 and the same was allowed by a learned Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.08.2025. It is thus submitted that the case of the petitioners is on a similar footing.

8. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

9. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners no. 1, 3 and 4, let the petitioners no.

No.46279 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 3/3 1, 3 and 4 above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
