JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the application the opposite parties have passed reasoned order with regard to claim of the petitioner. He submits that he may be granted liberty to challenge the order passed by the opposite parties.
