The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3058(C) of 2015 registered under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of the SDJM, Araria. The accusation is of torturing of the complainant by her husband and in-laws and also removing her from her matrimonial house and keeping of a girl as wife at Delhi by her husband.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of O.P.No.2 and has been falsely

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, who is the husband of Complainant-O.P.No.2 I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
