Mr.APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 24-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 25.04.2022, whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 132 of 2021, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks but he could not surrender within time.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that time for surrender be extended.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43042 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. The order dated 25.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57438 of 2021 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
