2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 390 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 366A, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim and the petitioner were in relationship.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District Additional Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Bachhwara P.S.
