Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have challenged the order contained in letter no.1711 dated 17.09.2020 (Annexure-P-7 to the writ petition), by which,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2032 of 2021(7) dt.04-07-2024 2/2 the pay grade of the petitioners was reduced on the basis of the order passed in the case of Sudhir Jha, retired Teacher. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that when the pay was reduced the petitioners were not heard. 4.

Considering this fact, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.4 within a period of three weeks and the respondent no.4 is well advised to pass a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing the petitioners or their counsel, within a period of ten weeks of receipt of the representation. If an order is not passed within the stipulated period, respondent no.4 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of the order of this Court.

The letter dated 17.09.2020 (Annexure- P-7) is hereby set aside.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
