The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 473 of 2016 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and 279 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner in innocent and has falsely been implicated in his case. Further submission is that seizure list also does not disclose the name of the petitioner.
