The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 473 of 2016 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and 279 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner in innocent and has falsely been implicated in his case. Further submission is that seizure list also does not disclose the name of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.18134 of 2017 (2) dt.08-06-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.
