ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Case No. CII 29 of 2011 registered under Sections 40, 41 of the Indian Forest Act and Section 14 of the Bihar Saw Mill (Regulation Act of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Katihar.

It appears that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 15.09.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.25576 of 2014 the Petitioner had surrendered.

Evidently this application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

The Petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22089 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 upon which the Court below shall pass an order in accordance with law.

The application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
