2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the IPC in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.23 of 2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is alleged to have assaulted the informant by knife causing injury on waist and chest and also assaulted Abhinaw causing injury on his left thigh, but then submits that the injuries suffered by Abhinaw is opined to have been caused by hard blunt substance and not by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47522 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/3 knife. It is also submitted that from perusal of the order impugned, it would manifest that the same records that the injury report of the informant was not produced by the prosecution side.

4. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., XIth, Chapra, Saran in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.23 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with a further condition that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father, namely, Shatrudhan Singh.

However, it is made clear that the learned trial court before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner shall verify the injury report of the informant and in the event if it is found that informant suffered incised wound or wound caused by knife, in that event, the present anticipatory bail order shall

7. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Saran, Chapra for his perusal and to ensure that the injury report of the informant is sent to the concerned court.
