2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents to consider and appoint / engage the petitioner on the post of the Sevika for the Aaganbari Centre of village Sisirta, ward No. 3 immediately without any further delay.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to give the petitioner all consequential benefits after appointing /
Patna High Court CWJC No.2139 of 2021 dt.25-01-2022 2/2 engaging the petitioner on the post of Sevika for the Centre of village Sisirta ward no. 3.
(iii) For any other relief/reliefs of which the petitioner is legally entitled to."
3. The 6th Respondent - The Child Development Project Officer, Nokha, Rohtas is hereby directed to examine the grievance of the petitioner. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, she be appointed as Aaganbari Sevika in accordance with law. If she is not eligible, detailed speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified @ Rs. 10,000/-. Cost shall be paid to the petitioner.
4. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
