Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 302 and 354B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of trying to outrage modesty of daughter-in-law of the informant and there is allegation of assault to the deceased against other accused persons. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed against him. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that there
