JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 18-10-2023 The present MJC- contempt petition is filed for noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 13.01.2022 passed in CWJC No. 351 of 2022.

2. On 27.09.2023, the following order was passed:- "District Magistrate, Gaya -

Patna High Court MJC No.1463 of 2022(4) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 Dr. Thiyagarajan S.M. & Circle Officer, Belaganj, Gaya - Mr. Ajit Kumar Lal is present in the court.

2. Perusal of the show-cause along with communication dated 14.03.2022, 29.03.2022 and 08.04.2022. It is evident that petitioner has not been heard in the matter.

3. Therefore, the concerned authority is hereby. directed to hear the petitioner on 05.10.2023 at 03:00 p.m.

Thereafter, consider the petitioner's each and every contention and proceed to pass a speaking order and place it on record before the next date of hearing.

4. Relist this matter on 18.10.2023."

3. Today supplementary show cause has been filed while complying the directions of this Court dated 27.09.2023 passed in present MJC No. 1463 of 2022. Such order is dated 16.10.2023. Accordingly, the present proceeding of MJCcontempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 16.10.2023 in accordance with law.
