The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.15 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that in furtherance of common intention, the petitioners confined, abused and assaulted the informant and demanded Rs.25,000/- as Rangdari and snatched Rs.15,000/- from his pocket by putting him in fear of
