Mr. Satyam Shivam Sundaram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Sanskrit Shiksha Board would submit that the representation of the petitioner is pending before the Board for grant of approval and as such the Court may dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to take appropriate decision on the

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to take appropriate decision in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
