The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Wife of the petitioner died in unnatural circumstances in the house of the petitioner within three years of her marriage. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Other witnesses have also supported the allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019.

Hence, prayer is refused.
