2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 214 of 2024 arising out of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 609 of 2023, lodged under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 02.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20727 of 2024 in which liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the charge has already been framed in this case on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48374 of 2024(3) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 15.05.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer of bail and submits that there is direct allegation of firing against the petitioner and the informant's side is ready to adduce the evidence at the earliest.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
