Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The alleged recovery has been made from the Karkat Cow Shade which does not belong to this petitioner. Further, petitioner is also not the owner of the Scooty bearing registration No. BR-01EG-9438. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 179 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
