2. Taking note of these facts and circumstances and in the interest of litigants, order dated 19.06.2024 passed in M.A.No. 199 of 2024 stands recalled and it is restored on the file.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. No. 2086 of

Patna High Court MJC No.2086 of 2024(3) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 2024 stands allowed, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 3000/- (Rs. Three Thousand).
