The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Govindpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

From the written report, it appears that there is specific allegation against Rambali Ram to have assaulted the brother of the informant with Tangi who subsequently died. Learned Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that as per the inquest report vide para 14 of the case diary, the deceased was murdered by assaulting with Tangi.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2015, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
