====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2023 Heard Mr. Shashi Kumar Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Nagendra Prasad, learned APP for the State.
2. The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47351 of 2022 to the extent that in Paragraph No.8 of the said order, in place of "learned Sessions Judge, Siwan", it should have been typed as "learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Siwan".
3. The order dated 11.05.2023 is modified to the extent that in paragraph no.8 of the order, the name of the court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48509 of 2023(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 be read as "learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Siwan" in place of learned Sessions Judge, Siwan". The other parts of the order dated 11.05.2023 shall remain intact.
4. However, considering the fact that four weeks' time was granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below vide order dated 11.05.2023, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below from the date of passing of this order.
