Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Advocate General No.2 for the State. This application has been filed for initiating contempt proceedings against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the order dated 28.6.2011 passed in CWJC No. 9812 of 2011 by a Division Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that with respect to the same order under contempt dated 28.6.2011 a

Patna High Court MJC No.1486 of 2013 (3) dt.02-04-2015 large number of contempt applications, headed by MJC No. 871 of 2011, have been heard by another Division Bench of this Court and they have been dismissed by order dated 21.10.2014. In view of the aforesaid position, the present contempt application is also dismissed.
