JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Sohsarai P.S.Case No. 51/2015, disclosing offences under section 363, 365, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of anticipatory bail, which was rejected by an order dated 21.12.2015 and 9.2.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 33094/2015. I fail to understand the purpose why the present application has been filed again, seeking anticipatory bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
