Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 registered under Sections304B, 307, 498A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and she is living separately from the husband and the deceased wife since long. The deceased died due to accident while cooking. Matter has been compromised between the parties. Other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53159 of 2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.8453 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Saran, Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
