2. This application is filed for modification of the order dated 11.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45754 of 2022 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. Considering the reasons as stated in the modification application and the grounds submitted on behalf the petitioners, let the time to surrender of the above named petitioners pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022 be further extended by four weeks' from today subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bailbonds.
