1. Heard Mr. Santosh Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dr. Mrityunjaya Kr. Gautam, learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Islampur P. S. Case No. 66 of 2025, dated 06.02.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326(g) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that mischief was caused to the garage of the informant by fire and the petitioner has been merely suspected by the informant of being involved in the commission of the alleged mischief. It is further submitted that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 09.03.2025.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the basis of allegation made by the informant against the petitioner and coupled with petitioner' fair and clean antecedent as well as his custody period, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, be enlarged on bail in connection with Islampur P. S. Case No. 66 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
