1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending her arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case no.74 of 2025, registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(1), 352, 351(2), 115(2), 303(2) and 109 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that while she along with her husband were sitting near the darwaza, the ten named accused persons including the petitioner herein came variously armed and started to hurl abuses. It is further stated that as a result of assault by Surendra Yadav and Raj Kumar Yadav, the informant and others were seriously injured. The informant further states that Surendra Yadav and the petitioner herein also snatched the gold chain and went away

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who happens to be a lady has been falsely implicated in the case. No overt act is alleged against her. She has no criminal antecedent and undertakes to cooperate in the investigation/trial.
5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R and no overt act having been alleged against the petitioner who happens to be a lady, it is directed that the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case no.74 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
