Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 139 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,323,325,504,324,307,379/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Due to land dispute the occurrence took place in which both sides injured for which there is case and counter case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
