Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 357 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections-447, 341, 342, 384, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of demanding money on the point of pistol from the informant. When the informant refused to give money, petitioners assaulted the informant. Thereafter, the informant gave key of chaste, from there, Rs. 25,000/- was snatched and also demanded Rs. 20,000/- per month. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case as earlier a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19683 of 2018 (3) dt.01-05-2018 Panchayati was also held with respect to the occurrence. The occurrence is false and concocted.

Heard learned APP, who opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Having heard both sides and considering the allegations, this is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. Petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below and move for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
