JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mehandia P. S. Case No. 19 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting to the informant, causing injury to him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioners and no injury report is available on the record. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42828 of 2019(3) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 for bail, who has stated that in spite of case diary being sent to this Court in the light of the order dated 7.11.2019, the diary is only up to 26.05.2019 has been sent to this Court and there is no injury report is available in the case diary. Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.
