The petitioner seeks bail in Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 34.500 litres of Nepali liquor kept in Jute bag has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is further alleged that on the basis of confessional statement of petitioner, illicit liquor has been recovered from house of other two accused persons. Petitioner is in custody since 7.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44587 of 2019(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II cum Special Judge (Excise), Madhubani, in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
