17-09-2018 Learned counsel representing the Bihar State Housing Board, Patna has produced a cheque bearing No. 027149 dated 01.09.2018 for a sum of Rs.
1,03,514.82 of Bank of India, Patna Secretariat Branch, Patna-800015 drawn in favour of the petitioner. This is as per the direction of the learned writ court. Mr.
Ramakant Singh, Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that since he has not signed the Vakalatnama as an Advocate-on-Record, the cheque may be handed over only to the Advocateon-Record in this case. There are two advocates on record in this case on behalf of the petitioner but none of them are present.
Let the cheque be kept on record and the same be handed over to the learned counsel as and when they present himself before the learned Registrar General of this Court. Learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioner may mention the matter before the learned Registrar General of this court who in turn call for the record and cheque and shall hand over the cheque to the learned counsel who is an Advocate-on-
