The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 291 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 341, 323, 504, 379, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that she gave lathi blow on the head of the informant.
The injury report of the informant has been brought on record by Annexure-6 which reflects that informant received lacerated wound of 1" x 11⁄2" x 11⁄2", simple in nature. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been implicated falsely in this case because of

No.7362 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 civil dispute being Title Suit No. 476 of 2016 pending between the parties from before in which the petitioner of the present case is plaintiff and the informant is the defendant. Moreover, from the injury report itself, it appears that there is no repetition of blow. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 291 of 2016, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
