JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 4/ 04-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhepura Mahila P.S. Case No.10 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 376, 504, 506/34 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.

There is allegation in the written report that this petitioner after taking the informant in Bamboo-Clamp committed rape with her.

Case diary has been received, wherein, medical report of the victim is available. The doctor has mentioned in the report that features of intercourse are present.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
