1. The learned counsel for the contemnors has submitted that the order of this Court dated 11.02.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22161 of 2018 has stood complied with, inasmuch as the Vice Chancellor, Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga has already passed a reasoned order dated 09.04.2019.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 09.04.2019, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off.
