The present writ application has been filed against the payment of arrears of salary commensurate with sixth pay revision and that only employee share under NPS Scheme has been paid amounting to Rs. 10,75,997/- (Ten Lakh Seventy Five Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Seven only) which was evident vide order dated 04.10.2022. The N.P.S. accumulation (Employer's share) amounting to Rs. 10,75,997/- (Rs. Ten Lakh Seventy Five Thousand Nine Hundred & Ninety Seven only)
Patna High Court CWJC No.10327 of 2023(2) dt.05-12-2024 2/3 has been paid but equal amount due against employer's share has not been paid and even the arrear of salary has been paid to a very meager amount amounting to Rs. 3,10,509/- (Three Lakh Ten Thousand Five Hundred Nine only) instead of Rs. 12,21,931/- (Twelve Lakh Twenty one Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty one only) as per calculation taking into consideration sixth pay revision from 11.02.2009 to 30.11.2015. The University has paid the dues in view of order dated 06.04.2022 passed in CWJC No. 4890 of 2018 whereby the petitioner was directed to file a representation.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case may be disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Maulana Azad, National Urdu University, Gochibowli, Hyderabad- 500032 (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the representation which has been filed by the petitioner on 01.03.2023.
4. In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Maulana Azad, National Urdu University, Gochibowli, Hyderabad- 500032 (Respondent No.
2) to dispose of the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of
