2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 09.000 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from the hut of co-accused Ramdeo Bhagat.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has been made accused on the disclosure made by the co-accused Ramdeo Bhagat. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. II, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Muzaffarpur P.S. Case No. 584 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
