The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakribarawan P.S.Case No.308 of 2021 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner. It is a counter blast of Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.307 of 2021 (Annexure 2). The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45257 of 2022(4) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan P.S.Case No.308 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
