Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and materials on record and upon hearing the parties, it is hereby directed that respondent No.3, namely, Superintendent of Police, Saran, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition and do the needful in accordance with law including recovery of the petitioner's daughter, who, according to the petitioner, has been kidnapped by the accused named in the First Information Report, which has given rise to the case

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.398 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 aforementioned, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months, ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and adequate security is provided to the petitioner.

Let a copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Superintendent of Police, Saran, and Officer-in-Charge, Baniyapur Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
