Patna High Court CWJC No.10814 of 2023(2) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 way of sale deed no. 4218 dated 25.03.2023 (Shri Shyam Narayan Sharma Vs. Shri Yogendra Prasad and Ors.) pertaining to Khata No. 28, Survey No. 37, Area of 1 Katha its boundary as North- Niz, South - Bhairo Sharma, Hal Munar Kuwar, EastGramin Road, P.W.D. and West- Ramlakhan Singh situated at Revenue village- Haldi Chapra its Revenue Thana No. 361 under the police station of Khaira and its Revenue Circle - Nagra, in the District of Saran at Chapra.

In view of the limited prayer made in the writ petition, the same is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 2, the Circle Officer, Nagra, Saran at Chapra to take decision in the Mutation Case No. 48 of 2023-24 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
