The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 390 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.05.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 108 litres of Nepali liquor was seized from two motorcycles.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
