Versus

1. The State of Bihar.

.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Lokesh Kumar Singh, Adv. For the State : Mr. Ram Naresh Ray, APP 212 For the informant : Mr. Anirudh Kumar Verma, Adv. ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-04-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other named accused is to have committed arson in the house of the petitioner. The case diary would reveal that sign of arson was found by the investigation officer at the place of occurrence.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, in my view, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
