2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for review of the order dated 04.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9499 of 2018 whereby the writ petition preferred by the petitioners has been disposed of.

It has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the opposite parties preferred MJC No. 2978 of 2019 which was dismissed and the same was challenged by them in LPA No. 459 of 2023 which too came to be dismissed by the Division Bench on 10.10.2023. He submits that in that background, the petition has become infructuous.
4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the review petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
