The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 256 of 2016 registered under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to deposit 2,10,300/- within two months in four equal installments, which would appear from the supplementary affidavit.
Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22474 of 2017 (10) dt.07-12-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.- V, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 256 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
However, if the petitioner does not pay the aforementioned amount within the stipulated time, the Trial Court may cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
