The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For the occurrence of murder of informant's father FIR was registered against unknown. Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of restatement given by the informant after two days of the occurrence.

It is submitted that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence and only on suspicion he has been made accused in this case. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by this Court. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

No.45594 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2022 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahampur (Chakki) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
