19-05-2016 Heard Sri Diwakar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Nagendra Prasad, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehends his arrest in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 375 of 2015 registered for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R. was lodged against unknown, however; during investigation, on the basis of confessional statement of one of the co-accused, petitioner's name has surfaced. He submits that there is no recovery from the petitioner.

Be that as it may, keeping in view the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19591 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 accusation, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
